I came to universal water today for my new filters and water testing. Erica was very helpful and polite while serving me. I am so happy that I chose universal!

Dom arrived at the perfect time according to the appointment and was very nice while explaining what the issue was and how he was going to fix it as well as teaching me what to look for in the future. Very helpful and great service!

We’ve been really happy with our Universal Water System so far! Since getting it installed, we’ve noticed a big improvement in our skin—no more dry, itchy feeling after showers, which was a constant issue before. The water feels softer and cleaner overall. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because the installation took a bit longer than expected. Other than that, everything’s been great and we’re glad we made the investment.
