My wife and I were looking for a clean drinking water solution to our very mineralized and hard, East Mountain water. We chose Universal Water Systems and had the pleasure of having Cody come out and install the ROS. Cody was friendly, efficient and professional. He answered and addressed our questions and concerns and even gave us tips on how to adjust our current water softener system to work best with the new ROS. Throughout the installation process as well as the filter changes, Cody made sure to ask if we had additional questions so that he could address them prior to leaving. The team that worked with me to replace my hot water heater, Erica (phone) Kyle (email w/ estimate) Christion, and Anfernee (Installers) we're all great. Very polite, fast and professional service. The installers gave me better shut off valves, and moved my swamp cooler hookup to a much better place to get to. Now I'll be cursing less each spring when I turn on the swamp cooler, as a bonus.
