Jordan did a fantastic job installing our new sink! He was even able to work around our existing water heater with no problems at all. We are very happy with the results and would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for plumbing work!

Matthew was amazing! Professional, kind, showed up timely and did a great service. I’m grateful for the UWS team!

Had an issue with our water softener. Universal came right out and made it right. Samuel was very professional and the installation and repairs went smooth and quick. Glad we went with Universal for our water softener. Update: After 3 almost 6 years with this water softener and company, they still manage to do right. Justen just came out to fix a broken piece and was professional and knowledgeable. Still happy with Universal Water Systems.

Matthew was courteous and explained what he was doing each step of the way to help me understand how to optimize my system. He went above and beyond. Much appreciated!
