Great technicians - Dominique and Jordan did excellent work on installing our new water heater. Very close quarters, but they were able to complete the job after making some on the spot modifications to the existing pipe work. Super technicians. Very patient with me to explain how drain the tank at six month intervals - and even replaced the cartridge on the in-line filtering system. Excellent work !! Erica handled all the work coordination from the office - just excellent with her customer service skills to keep me informed of progress on the water heater order from their supplier. She even managed to arrange delivery one week ahead of schedule !! Remarkable!! Just a great team !!

These folks at Universal Albuquerque location are simply great. Especially Erika who I have dealt with over the phone on several occasions. Always very friendly, always very knowledgeable and helpful. A pleasure to call someplace and be greeted by someone who seems happy you called and happy to help. Customer service has gone by the wayside almost everywhere these days but these guys have not gotten the memo so to speak. I will always be a customer of Universal Water Systems in Albuquerque.
